If you have registered or will register for the NAKS Conference, the following terms and conditions are applicable:

• Your personal information will be securely collected and handled by SSL certificate encryption. Any of your personal information collected for NAKS will not be distributed outside NAKS.
• You give permission to NAKS to use or publish documents, photos or videos that will be taken in NAKS events.
• YOU(REGISTRANT) WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: The National Association for Korean Schools (NAKS), and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Only a registered person can participate in the NAKS conference.
• An early bird discount may be available to you if you register early.
• You may cancel your registration before July 1 for a partial refund. 90% of the registration fee is refundable if you cancel by the end of May. 80% of the registration fee is refundable if you cancel by the end of June.   Thereafter, no refund is available for a cancellation.
• A refund check issued by NAKS will be mailed to you via First Class US Mail. (Please expect 8 weeks from the cancellation date.)
• Your registration is not transferable to another person.
• You are responsible to make or cancel a reservation of hotel accommodations that you need during the NAKS conference period.

NAKS 학술대회 등록 시에는 다음 사항을 유념해 주십시오.

• NAKS 웹은 암호화된 SSL certificate 보안 기능으로 안전하게 개인 정보를 수집하고 보관합니다.
• NAKS 업무을 위해 수집한 개인 정보는 어떤 목적으로든 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.
• NAKS 행사에서 이용된 자료 혹은 촬영된 사진이나 비디오 영상물에 대한 웹 게재 권리를 NAKS에 위임하는 것에 동의합니다.
• 예기치 않게 발생할 수 있는 실수나 사고에 의한 인명 피해 혹은 재물 파손이나 도난 사고에 대해 행사 등록 피해자가 재미한국학교협의회 혹은 협의회 관련자에게 법적이나 재정적으로 책임을 묻지 않을 것을 약속합니다.
• NAKS 학술대회에는 등록된 사람만 참가할 수 있습니다.
• 정해진 기간 안에 일찍 학술대회 등록비를 납부하면 할인 혜택이 있습니다.
• 등록 취소는 웹사이트를 통해서 해주시고, 5 월 31 일 이전에 취소하시는 경우 등록비의 90%를 환불해 드리고, 6 월 1 일부터는 80%만 환불해 드리며 7 월 1 일부터는 환불되지 않습니다. 환불 방법은 본인이 직접 웹에서 취소하신 후 낙스에서 발행하는 취소 영수증을 이메일로 받으시게 됩니다. 그 후 본인인 페이하신 방법( 페이팔, 크레딧카드 )에서 환불 여부를 확인하시면 됩니다. 환불 금액은 Service Fee 를 제외한 나머지 부분이 환불처리됩니다.
• 등록비 환불은 NAKS 수표로 발행하며 일반 우편으로 등록된 주소로 우송됩니다. (처리 기간은 최대 8주입니다.)
• 납부된 등록비는 다른 사람을 위해 사용될 수 없습니다.
• 학술대회 기간 동안 필요한 호텔의 예약 및 취소는 등록자 본인이 책임지셔야 합니다.
