본 협의회는 총회, 임원회, 이사회 및 감사로 구성되어 있으며 상호 협력하면서 본 협의회의 설립목표 달성에 노력하고 있다. 본 협의회는 지역별로 14개의 지역협의회를 두고 있고. 각 지역협의회는 본 협의회와 긴밀한 관계를 유지하면서 각 지역 한국학교 교사들의 질적 향상과 체계적인 교과 과정 확립을 위하여 다양한 자체 행사를 하고 있다. 아래는 협의회 사업을 수행하는 집행부 명단임.
